To confirm a reservation, a deposit (25% of the total amount for the stay including tax and VRBO’s fee) will be invoiced through VRBO online. Reservations are confirmed upon verification of payment by VRBO. We observe a “first come, first served” policy with our reservations; if multiple parties are seeking reservations for the same date(s), we honor the first to confirm with a deposit.
$250 per night plus tax (and VRBO fee if booked through VRBO).
Tax is 13.416% on the total amount before VRBO fee.
The balance of the total due for the stay will be invoiced by VRBO 30 days before the check-in date.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations less than 60 days prior to check-in date warrants a forfeit of the deposit. If cancellation is seven days or less from check-in date, 50% of total payment shall be forfeit; if cancellation is three days or less prior to check-in there will be no refund.
